Opportunities to swim in crystal-clear waters mean it's essential to pack swimwear and a quick-dry towel.
The boat offers limited shade; bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses to protect from strong Mediterranean sun.
You'll want to shop or grab refreshments in Capri’s Piazzetta, where card and cash are accepted but grab what you need in advance.
Capri's streets and the Blue Grotto involve some walking on uneven terrain; comfortable shoes with grip are recommended.
Capri has been a favored retreat since Roman times, with emperors like Tiberius embellishing the island with villas to enjoy the Mediterranean climate.
