A cool mountain stream threads itself through limestone walls, daring you downriver. You stand at the lip of a natural slide above clear, cold plunge pools, wetsuit tight and helmet secure, while the guide briefs the next abseil. The canyon doesn’t wait; water carves, foggy breath and spray define the rhythm.

No formal experience is required; guides teach techniques on-site, but you should be comfortable with heights, basic rope work, and swimming.
Minimum age is 10 years and minimum height is about 140–150 cm (4ft9in); children must be accompanied by an adult.
Wherever possible the company encourages participants to abseil themselves; guides will lower guests only when safety or conditions require it.
Bring a swimsuit, towel, and any medication; operator provides wetsuit, helmet and harness but requires shoe size and height details before the tour.
