Embark on an exhilarating 2-hour whitewater adventure on the Nenana River, starting at Denali National Park. Navigate over 10 thrilling Class III to IV rapids, including the notorious “Razorback” and “Royal Flush.” Suitable for ages 12 and up, choose between an Oar Raft or a hands-on Paddle Raft for an unforgettable experience.

This river trip begins at the entrance to Denali National Park (The Canyon) and journeys 11 river miles to Healy, Alaska. During this 2 Hour whitewater adventure, expect to encounter over 10 major Class III to IV rapids in the Nenana River Canyon.
The Denali National Park frontier will be the setting on your river-left shore with Mt. Healy rising over 3,000 feet to the summit. Exciting wave-trains and powerful hydraulics will create rapids like “Razorback,” “Iceworm,” “Cable Car,” “Royal Flush,” and “Coffee Grinder”
No experience is required; ages 12 and up are welcome. Choose an Oar Raft and hold on or a Paddle Raft for extra hands-on excitement. Both options are guided.
Full drysuit provided for each rafter- your own clothing layers (long pants, long sleeves, and two pairs of socks, avoiding cotton, synthetics work best) stay warm and dry; your shoes stay behind at the check-in office, and river booties are provided for use while rafting
