Enjoy expert coaching, delightful conversations, and delicious refreshments. Get out on the water for your own Wee Adventure! Escape the job list and feed your soul at the same time as learning and/or improving basic and intermediate canoe skills. Join us for some confidence boosting coaching, a blether and a brew. It's good for the soul!

  • River sessions: 3.5 hours, 09:30-13:00

What's Included

  • Canoes, paddle, buoyancy aid, helmet (for rivers).
  • Water tight barrels for valuables/spare clothes.
  • Delicious locally roasted coffee, teas, biscuits.
  • Photographs by Biscuit.

What to Bring

  • Normal outdoor clothes with full waterproofs.
  • Sun hats + sunglasses or warm hats + gloves depending on the forecast!
  • Wellies or water shoes/old trainers for loch sessions.
  • Water shoes/old trainers with a good sole for walking on rocks for river sessions.
  • Please have a full spare set of clothes, shoes and a towel in a bag that can be put in a dry barrel.

Important to Know

  • Loch canoeing is usually a dry activity!
  • River canoeing increases the chance of an unexpected swim.
  • Sessions usually run on a Thursday morning.
  • River sessions are only for intermediate paddlers who have been out with Biscuit before.
  • River trips are often from Comrie Bridge to Aberfeldy but we also paddle different sections from Aberfeldy to Dunkeld.
  • River trips require extra time for shuttles between the start and finish point.
