Meeting Point in Cruz Bay Meet at Virgin Islands Ecotours’ Outfitter Store, in the Mongoose Junction Shopping Center, right next to Sun Dog Café. We are across from the ballpark and the Virgin Islands National Visitor Center in Cruz Bay, just a short walk from the passenger ferry terminal. After you check in and get your life jacket and snorkel gear, we’ll pick up our paddles and walk about two blocks through Cruz Bay to the beach where we’ll start our kayak tour.
