Enjoy a night of soft light and deep relaxation in the barn at Lavender Hill Farm. Slow down and unwind with our gentle candlelight yoga practice hosted in the Red Barn. In this class, we will explore breathing techniques and yoga postures designed to promote relaxation and reduce stress. The session will move at a slow and leisurely pace, with most of our time spent seated or lying down. The movements will be slow and mindful, allowing you to leave feeling calm and rested. Our time together will end in a soothing sound bath with various instruments. This class is perfect for anyone looking to de-stress, calm the mind, and release tension. Everyone is welcome, and no prior yoga experience is necessary. Feel free to bring a blanket or cushion for added comfort. Mats are available for rent.

This class is $20 per person and all ages and skill levels are welcome.

Tickets can be purchased online or at the farm and Pre-Registration is required. Tickets are available for purchase up until 24 hours prior or until sold out.

About the Instructors

Laura bridges people to be in deep connection with their body's innate wisdom through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and functional nutrition. With over 490 hours of yogic training and experience, she is certified in Yoga Nidra, Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial yoga, and Reiki. She designs her yoga classes to flow organically and encourages her students to tap into their inner sense of play and make each practice their own. Laura intends to create an easeful space where her students may become more aware of their body, mind, and breath and cultivate clarity.
