##What to Bring
If seasickness is a concern, we recommend planning ahead by taking a motion sickness preventative as early as the evening before your trip. These are most effective when taken early in advance of your time on the water.
We recommend bringing a towel, change of clothes (something warm for our cooler winter months), and sun protection. If you’ll be using sunscreen, we encourage reef safe products such as zinc oxide or other mineral-based sunscreens.
Thanks again for choosing us to host your dive trip and we look forward to seeing you soon!
Finishing the theory portion before arrival allows more time for practical dives and hands-on instruction.
Protect Cozumel’s delicate coral habitats by opting for mineral-based sunscreens like zinc oxide.

Coastal evenings can cool down, especially in winter months, so pack a light jacket or sweater.
