Cancun Tequila Tasting & Speedboat Tour Adventure

Duration:

• Jungle Tour Adventure: 2 hr tour

Itinerary:

• Check-In
• 40 minutes driving in the lagoon and mangrove canals

What to Bring:

• Passport or government-issued I.D.
• cell phone (in the event that we need to contact you or you need to contact us prior to the excursion).
• Bathing suit (which I already have on)
• Protection from the sun: hat, sunglasses, long-sleeve shirt or rash guard, biodegradable sunblock, etc.
• Towel and change of clothes for after the excursion
• Shoes that can get wet (flip-flops or water shoes are fine)
• Camera (recommended only if waterproof)
• If you would like to take your cell phone on the excursion for photos, make sure it is waterproof or bring a ziplock bag to store it in.
• Cash for tips & photo service
• DO NOT BRING ANY VALUABLES OR ITEMS THAT CANNOT GET WET Lost items are very hard to find in the water.

What to Know About Your Book:

• The tequila tasting experience will take place after you finish the speedboat activity.
• All guests must be able to communicate in English or Spanish.
• Guests who show signs of intoxication from drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to participate.
• The maximum weight capacity is 530 lbs. (240 kg) per speed boat.
• You must be 18 years of age and present a valid photo ID in order to drive the speedboat.
• This service requires a payment of $20.00 USD per person prior to boarding, payable in cash for the use of natural marine elements (Art. 198 of the Federal Rights Law), payable on the day of your activity.
• If you are pregnant or have had recent surgery, have asthma, severe back or neck pain, or claustrophobia, you should not participate.
• Subject to favorable weather conditions. If you cancel due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or a full refund.
• MUSA gallery at Punta Nizuc National Park is only open to intermediate and advanced swimmers and during favorable weather conditions.
• For the shared speedboat option, a minimum of two people is necessary. If by accident 1 person books under this price and there isn’t someone to share a speedboat with, an additional 35 USD will be charged at the moment of check-in.
• Arriving 30 minutes prior to your departure time.
• All customers must present a credit card and I.D. matching the credit card holder at the moment of check-in.
• Smoking, alcoholic beverages, glass containers, and drugs are forbidden on the tour.

IMPORTANT:

• Please make sure to bring an official ID per person. Please be advised that if the I.D. is not shown at the moment of check-in, the service will not be provided.
• Due to the increase in online fraudulent purchases, Cancun Tequila Tasting will not acknowledge this voucher if you are not the cardholder of the same credit or debit card you paid with.
• We do not accept TAP payments.
• The Penal Code describes the illicit usage of a credit or debit card when a person obtains or attempts to obtain service through the use of a stolen card.
• Cancun Tequila Tasting protects customers against "card not present" crimes. Anyone who commits theft of services through the use of a stolen credit or debit card will be reported to the authorities.

Forbidden for:

• People under the influence of drugs or any illegal substances are not allowed on the tour and are subject to NO REFUNDS.
• Minors under 18 years old
• Guests with recent surgeries
• Guests with neck, back, arm, or leg problems or casts
• Guests who have epilepsy, heart conditions, and/or dizziness
• Pregnant women
• People with back, neck, joint, or muscle problems.

Cancellation Policy:

• You can cancel the reservation before 7 days of your experience and you will be able to get a full refund.
• Any cancellation with less time, arrive late, or do not show up, no refund will be offered.
• Changes are not allowed on the day of service or after the date. The modifications are subject to the availability of the schedule and day, you must notify us within a minimum of 48 hours to make the change.
• The provider reserves the right to delay or cancel visits in case of unexpected events impacting normal operations.
• Cancellations due to inclement weather are fully refundable only when the activity is suspended by the port authorities. If the port remains open and the activity has not been canceled by the relevant authorities, we will proceed as planned. If the customer decides to cancel their reservation due to perceived unfavorable weather, please note that this will be treated as a voluntary cancellation. As such, no refund will apply.

Vouchers:

• Tickets must be used the same day of the reservation, are personal and cannot be given nor sold, non transferable.

• Our capacity is limited and subject to availability, restrictions, and change or cancellation at any time.

We are located at Boulevard Kukulcan, km 14.5, in the Hotel Zone, Cancún, Quintana Roo. You can find us on the pier next to Fred’s restaurant, located in the parking lot.
