  • All drivers must be 25 or older
  • A $1500 damage deposit is required on the day of your rental
  • Trail pass required to access all trails: We recommend you download the TWRA app (Tennessee wildlife resources agency.) You can purchase a high impact off-road pass for the day. You can print it out or keep it on your app for the day. Conservation Officers do patrol the trails and will request to see this.

Q: Where can I ride? A: We have over 200,000 acres of trails for you to rip!

Q: Do you provide a helmet or do I need to bring my own? A: You must bring your own off-road helmet. Helmets are mandatory for individuals aged 18 and under.

Q: What happens if I get lost or broke down. A: We have GPS tracking on the machines (We know where you are) We also recommend that you download the Polaris Ride Command App before arrival. This app will provide offline turn by turn map of the 20,000 acres that surround our property. Paper maps will also be provided.

Q: What if I need Food or Gas A: Our machines will go approximately 100 miles on a tank of gas. If you need supplies there is a trail head that leads directly to a gas station and a Mexican Restaurant for lunch.

Q: Can I be a beginner? A: Of course. If you can drive a car you will be able to handle one of UTV's with ease.

Q: Do you charge If I return the rental late? A: We charge $50 for every half hour past your return time. Allow me to clarify: after your rental return, we must power wash and conduct a comprehensive 26-point safety inspection on all equipment, a process taking approximately 5 hours. We aim for your experience to be exceptional without unnecessary fees.
