San Diego Trail Company Summer Horse Camp Give your child an unforgettable summer filled with adventure, learning, and fun at San Diego Trail Company! Our week-long camps offer a hands-on experience where kids will ride, learn, create, and play while developing confidence and responsibility around horses.
Children will receive professional instruction in equine safety and education, learning how to properly care for a horse, groom, tack, and handle groundwork. They’ll also gain knowledge about equine anatomy, behavior, and essential horsemanship skills.
Camp Activities Include: ✔️ Horseback Riding – Build confidence in the saddle with guided lessons ✔️ Horseback Games – Fun and interactive riding challenges ✔️ Horsemanship – Learn proper horse care, grooming, and tack maintenance ✔️ Equine Education – Discover horse anatomy, behavior, and safety skills ✔️ Scavenger Hunts & Nature Hikes – Explore the beauty of the outdoors ✔️ Arts & Crafts – Get creative with horse-themed projects ✔️ Yoga & Stretching – Stay active and balanced
📅 Schedule: Camps run Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 1 PM from June 2nd to August 4th 💰 Cost: $475 per child per week 👧 Ages: 6 – 18 👨👩👧 Sibling Discount: 5% off when booking for more than one child in your household 🕒 Extended Child Care: Available until 3 PM for an additional charge. Please note late pick up's after 3 pm will be charged an added $50
