These sessions are perfect for you if you have open water experience, feel confident in the water and if you want to improve your swimming techniques, fitness, and overall well-being.
Attendees should be able to swim 200 metres. All attendees are required to wear a wetsuit, tow float, boots/shoes and a swim cap. Sessions take place in public areas so valuables should be left at home.
