Enjoy a delicious 4-course meal, served at your private table.The ship offers a fully licensed cash bar to be able to enjoy a refreshing cocktail or choose from a great selection of fine wines with dinner.

You will cruise into the northern vistas of Callander Bay, capped off by one of Lake Nipissing's spectacular sunsets, returning to the glowing skyline of North Bay.

Sailing Time: 6:30 p.m. (Please NOTE: 5:30 p.m. departure in September)

First Course

Fresh Chips & Flatbreads with House Salsa A warm welcome to your voyage -- a crisp, savory selection of golden-fried chips and herb-seasoned flatbreads, served with our vibrant, freshly prepared tomato salsa.

Second Course

Roman Style Caesar Salad Crisp romaine leaves tossed in a bright parmesan peppercorn herb dressing, kissed with garlic and fresh lemon. Topped with shaved parmesan and house-seasoned croutons.

Main Course Options

Chicken Tuscana - • Tender boneless chicken breast stuffed with a medley of Mediterranean herbs and four rich cheeses. Topped with our signature bruschetta salsa, a sprinkle of green onion and crumbled goat cheese, then finished with a balsamic drizzle. Served with fingerling potatoes and vegetable of the day.

Northern Fried Pickerel Dinner • Crispy, golden-fried pickerel -- lightly battered and full of Northern charm. Paired with Italian-herbed fingerling potatoes, our chef's daily vegetable selection, and a refreshing portion of house-made coleslaw. Finished with lemon wedge.

Pasta – Smoked Provolone & Mozzarella Ravioli (Vegetarian Option) • Handcrafted ravioli stuffed with a smoky blend of provolone and mozzarella, gently poached and layered with a roasted tomato and pepper sauce. Garnished with salsa bruschetta, green onion, goat cheese, and finished with aged Pecorino Romano. (Vegan and Vegetarian )
