Il nostro trovatore di tartufo vi farà vedere come si trovano i tartufi e vi spiegherà i vari tipi di tartufo a seconda delle stagioni e le loro differenze. Il tour comincia la mattina presso la cantina dove incontrerete il trovatore che vi accompagnerà nei boschi insieme al suo fidato cane. Vi godrete una scampagnata nella riserva e insieme al vostro esperto personale e il suo cane comincerete la ricerca del cosidetto diamante nero dell’Umbria. Dopo l’aver speso la mattinata in questa emozionante ed antica caccia ritornerete in cantina dove assaggerete questo prezioso ingrediente in tradizionali piatti della cucina umbra abbinati a vini biologici.
Il tour prevede:
- partenza dalla cantina Tili Vini
- caccia al tartufo privata con un personale trovatore e il suo cane
- Visita guidata della cantina con a seguire un pranzo tipico di 4 portate abbinate a 6 differenti vini biologici e piatti della tradizione umbra conditi con il tartufo trovato nella mattinata Consigliamo di vestire con vestiti casual e scarpe sportive o da trekking e di portare con voi un giacchetto in caso di pioggia leggera Vi preghiamo di avvisarci se avete problemi a camminare in terreni impervi perché cammineremo per circa 1 – 1,5 h e se avete delle eventuali allergie e intolleranze alimentari Nel caso di brutto tempo, vi contatteremo per sapere se volete ancora farla o se è possibile possiamo offrire di cambiarla con una lezione di cucina di dove imparerete a cucinare ed utilizzare il tartufo con a seguire un pranzo di 4 portate.
