You step out of the jeep onto glass that hangs above the Atlantic; the wind tugs at your jacket as the cliff seems to lean forward and dare you to look down. The skywalk at Cabo Girão offers a vertiginous, panoramic arresting enough to reframe the island—vineyards clinging to terraces below, ocean pressing the horizon.

Pickups are offered in Funchal center and Caniço; other island pickups meet in central Funchal (near the Cristiano Ronaldo statue). Cruise-dock pickup is available for an extra fee.
