Attendees will learn how to make crusty artisan style bread from scratch. Students will be given the opportunity to learn to use a bread lame to create intricate scoring designs + how to create edible paints to transform bread into colorful works of art. Attendees will go home with their baked decorated boules and a a delicious compound butter!
