Learn the wonderful art of mozzarella and discover one of the treasures of the Apulian cuisine "La burrata". If you have desire to enjoy a good mozzarella or a very creamy burrata, this is really the experience right for you! At first it may seem difficult to make cheese, but you will be guided by the expert hands of our masters “cheesemakers” so everything will be simple. "Mozzarella", "Burrata" and "Nodini" are the typical delights of our dairy production. The class includes cheesemaking with preparation of: mozzarella, nodini, burrata and stracciatella and cooking of focaccia, fresh handmade pasta, lunch or dinner and guided technical tasting of fine Apulian wines.
