We will discover the beautiful historical sites and eclectic buildings of Budapest and you will go home with fantastic memories of Budapest after cycling through all the most iconic parts of Budapest.

Full Tour description From the meeting point we walk a few minutes to pick up the bikes. Your guide will help to adjust the saddle to suit you perfectly.
We only ride in car free areas, bike lanes, parks. It is absolutely a safe ride.
The bike tour starts in the center of Budapest near Deák square. At the first stop we give you useful orientation and summary of Budapest’s past and present.
From Deak square we will ride along the most beautiful avenue of Budapest, Andrassy út, which is listed as UNESCO world heritage. We stop to see and explain about the State Opera House and with a pleasant ride soon arrive to Heroes’ square.
We will enjoy the magnificent view of the millenium colonnade framed by the the statues of Hungary’s most famous kings and statesmen we are in the right place to explain and let you understand the origins and past of Hungarian nation.
We will enter the leafy City park and by passing the lake, arrive to the Vajdahunyad Castle where you can admire another architectural gem ,the Vajdahunyad Castle.
On the way back to the city centre we will stop at the House of Terror to give a brief account of Budapest’s totalitarian past and then we continue to St.Stephen’s Basilica.
Soon we make a turn towards the House of Parliament, but before arriving there we stop by at Szabadság square, where you will see and learn about a Soviet army memorial and other notable statues,buildings.
Our ride back is along the Danube, an amazing bike route with great scenery.

Level of Fitness: The cycling is not intimidating or strenuous but if you are not a confident cyclist please let Gabor, your tour guide know. Children are welcome on this tour but should be competent and confident on a bike.
Dress to Impress: Please join the tour in comfortable clothing and bring with you layers to accommodate for the changes in the weather. Moreover, please bring a bottle of water with you as well.
