About

This ride is nothing less than a breathing horseback riding experience. We start with a ride past Ann’s Pond, pausing to see if there are moose nearby before continuing on through a forest of aspens and pines. You’ll ride through a meadow of beautiful native wildflowers before reaching our picture point with spectacular views of the Beaver & Cream Puff mountains in the distance. This trailride takes place 100% in the Bridger Teton National Forest and makes a full loop, allowing you to experience new scenery and views throughout the entire ride.

You’ll experience beautiful mountain trails on horseback, winding through Douglas Firs, Lodge Pole Pine trees, Blue Sagebrush and Alpine Wildflowers. Riding along (and sometimes through) the crystal clear water flowing down Willow Creek toward the famous Snake River is sure to become a highlight from your visit to Jackson Hole.

Wildlife encounters are frequent and you ride through the natural habitat of the Rocky Mountain Elk, Mule Deer, Shiras Moose, Red Tailed Hawks and even our American Bald Eagle!
