About
Our Broadsands beach tours start at our centre where you will be introduced to your guide along with being kitted out with all the required equipment including wetsuits. Our watersports centre is just 50m from the beach, all kayaks will be on the beach waiting for you at the water's edge. Your tour will begin with some basic paddling instruction and safety information, your guide will then take you to various locations around the bay including private and idyllic beaches and local spots where dolphins, porpoise and seals are sometimes spotted. During the tour you will stop off at Broadsands beach giving you a chance to explore and maybe take a dip in the ocean.
What to bring
Something to wear under a wetsuit, normally a swimming costume, swim shorts or trunks are fine, if you prefer you can wear your own wetsuit. Suitable footwear for the conditions on the day, old trainers, beach style shoes or surf boots are perfect. A bottle of water and sun protection is also advised. Most items are available to purchase at our store if required
