##About We will get you started in the round yard and show you the basics of getting on, how to get moving and how to stop your horse. When you feel comfortable we will take you out onto some bush tracks and along the scenic Brisbane Valley Rail Trail keeping a look out for wildlife along the way. It is a relaxed walking pace for the hour. The one hour ride is perfect for beginner riders (10yrs +), nervous riders, or just to get back in the saddle.

##Skill levels we ask for First time (first time riders) Beginner (ridden a horse several times) Novice (can control a horse comfortably at a walk and trot ) Intermediate (able to control a horse at walk, trot, canter outside of an arena) Experienced (ridden all their lives, professional rider, competed, etc.)

##What to bring

  • Water bottle & sunscreen
  • Jeans or riding pants, sleeved shirt & boots (or some smooth soled shoes) are required to ride.
  • Also bring a water bottle to take with you in the saddlebag.
  • We have helmets available to use if you don't have one (all riders must wear helmets)
