Your day begins when you meet your Adventure Sixty North guide at our shop who will ensure you’re fully outfitted and prepared for your adventure! We’ll then load into our vans and drive through historic Seward to Lowell Point Beach, providing your first glimpse of the bay. Upon arrival at the beach, your guide will conduct a safety briefing and help you familiarize yourself with your gear before we set out on the water. Our guides will lead you on a memorable journey, sharing their extensive knowledge of the area, including local flora and fauna, geology, glaciology, glaciation, the history of Seward, and its diverse wildlife! We will paddle to Bridal Veil Falls Beach, where you’ll disembark for a short hike to the stunning 100-foot waterfall. Enjoy a moment on the beach with some snacks and hot drinks, all while taking in the breathtaking view of Godwin Glacier in the Chugach Mountain range!
