Cancellations 8-20 days from the day of your scheduled trip will be offered to either reschedule or receive a 100% valued gift card with no expiration date and is transferable. Cancellations less than 7 days are not refundable. All no-call, no-shows will not receive a refund, no exceptions! Cancellations caused by weather will receive a 100% valued gift card with no expiration date for the guest to reschedule for a future time, as weather is beyond anyones control.
