A glass of a premium wine and the breath-taking views of the sunlit Karst landscape, topped off with the warm hospitality of the Bole family, will bring time to a standstill.
From the Bole estate, the views over the vineyards reach the faraway mountain tops of the Alps and the Adriatic Sea, since it is located in the highest-elevation village of the Karst. Your taste buds will be tantalised by a premium, several times awarded Teran wine, by white wines and rosé or a nip of Teran liqueur. The guided wine tastings, intertwined with original Karst stories, will be enriched with home-made meat products dry-cured by the bora wind.
