A morning mist hangs low in the Jamison Valley as your group straps into wetsuits and checks harnesses — the cliff walls glisten and a narrow river dares you onward. Twister Canyon begins with a riot of water jumps and slides: small pools, quick swims and repeated plunges that keep the adrenaline up and the grin permanent.

Minimum age is 14; participants under 18 must have guardian consent and meet fitness requirements.
No prior canyoning is required—guides provide instruction and technical gear—but you should be a competent swimmer and comfortable with jumps and swims.
All technical equipment, wetsuit hire and a waterproof camera on request are provided; lunch is included and vehicles transport you to/from the access point.
Trips operate in most conditions but can be altered or canceled for safety in extreme weather; check cancellation policy and contact the operator if concerned.
