You step off a shaded track and the forest opens to a pocket of water the color of a held breath — the Blue Hole’s deep pools glint between limestone ledges. Guides call out rope-swing cues while currents in the White River tug playfully at the tubes; the air smells of wet rock and cut vegetation and the sound of plunges follows you downstream.

Basic swimming ability is recommended; life jackets are provided for non-swimmers but you should be comfortable in moving water.
Quick-dry clothing or swimsuits, a rash guard for sun protection, and secure water shoes; avoid loose jewelry.
Children can join but must be accompanied by an adult; operators set minimum age limits and may require child life jackets.
Tours are weather-dependent; operators will refund or reschedule if conditions make the river unsafe or if minimum group size isn’t met.
