You arrive by a shaded lane into the hills above St. Ann Bay, where a narrow river threads between limestone slabs and palms. The water glints mineral-blue; it nudges and cools as you step toward a table set at the river’s edge. A champagne toast opens the meal, and the personal chef moves between a cooking demonstration and the grill, filling the air with the smoke of jerk spice and the citrus of roast fish.
