About This Adventure

Join us for a transformative yoga experience at sunrise and sunset on a serene forested plateau above Zion National Park. Led by certified instructor Thaby Brasil, this class offers a unique opportunity to cultivate balance, strength, and flexibility amidst breathtaking natural beauty. A yoga mat is provided for your convenience.

The definition of yoga is "to calm the mind". Join us for mindful practices at sunrise and sunset! Experience the peace and serenity of our forested plateau above Zion National Park, and gain balance, strength, flexibility and power, in a shared Yoga fitness course. This class is brought to you by our partners at Blissful Yoga, and taught by certified instructor Thaby Brasil.

A yoga mat will be provided if you don't have your own.
