Bottle and label your creation to take home, making this an unforgettable journey into the art of winemaking tailored to your palate.
2 Hours
During your 2-hour Blendings experience, our master winemaker will lead you through a tasting to help you create a unique blend that is based on your palate.
You will receive 3 oz pours of five different wines that have been carefully selected by the winemaker, who will then guide you through an in-depth tasting of each. In a separate glass, you'll mix the wines from your flight to create a unique and balanced blend.
After you create your perfect blend, you will have the option to buy bottles to take with you. The master winemaker will use your blended ratios to make a large batch. Then you'll bottle it, label it, and take it home!
Arriving 10-15 minutes early ensures you have time to relax and get comfortable before your blending session begins.
Sip slowly to fully appreciate each wine’s flavor profile without overwhelming your palate during the session.
Wear casual, comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for light walking around the vineyard and winery.
Since this experience involves tasting multiple wines, arrange for a responsible driver or transportation afterward.
