About This Adventure

Immerse yourself in the art of blacksmithing with a hands-on workshop where you'll forge unique metal creations from upcycled materials. Guided by an expert, you'll learn traditional techniques on an anvil and power hammer, crafting memorable pieces to take home. Get ready for an unforgettable, creative experience!

What you can expect from this workshop

"You will get the chance to hand forge a variety of products and generally experience the joy of shaping hot metal on a traditional Blacksmith’s anvil and under a power hammer.

You get to take home various products that you have made from scratch and they will be talking pieces for years to come.

Be prepared to get your hands dirty, with this very ‘hands on’ experience, forging metal objects from upcycled materials. I will be there assisting you, one-on-one, helping you understand the art of raw blacksmithing.

Limits

No Age restriction however over 12 years old is preferable due to capability A maximum of 2 people per workshop Anyone under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to participate.

What to Wear

Students MUST wear all-natural fibre clothing such as denim, cotton, linen or leather. Synthetics like nylon, polyester, and spandex, are not advisable around open flame. Enclosed footwear is required to be worn at all times, and long pants are recommended. If you usually wear prescription glasses, please wear them whilst participating in the workshop. All other PPE will be provided as needed.
