Thank you for your interest in hosting your birthday party here at the ranch.

Does your child love Horses? A birthday party with San Diego Trail Company will be a gift for children that will be remembered for years to come. We want to tailor your birthday party to what you need and expect to make your experience ultimate. We host the birthday ride parties at the event center at the base of our property on Saturdays and Sundays starting at 1 pm . There is plenty of shade and parking available as well. We allow you to bring your own activities or entertainment, music, decorations, food, and beverages. The only décor we do not allow are balloons as they can be distracting to the horses.

Trail Ride Birthday (ages 7+) – up to 12 guests Duration: 2 hours (additional hours may be purchased for $125 per hour) Price: $250 facility fee plus $28/Trail Ride - $50 reservation deposit required About • Experience designed for anyone over the age of 7 • 15 minutes of horse introductions • Party goers go on a 25-minute trail ride with experienced wranglers • On our trail rides we only take 4 people at a time, so if your party is larger than 4 we keep the remainder of the children occupied in a lesson style format. • Lessons on how to groom, saddle, steer, stop and walk. • Large area for children to explore and play • 30 minutes allotted for cake and present time • Speaker for music provided • Tables & chairs provided • Party duration planned for 2 hours

*Every rider must fill out a liability waiver. This document will be provided to you with your reservation email so that you may share with your guests in advance of the event. *We do charge a cleanup fee if the area is not thoroughly cleaned after the event.

Helmets are provided and required by all riders. Long pants and closed toe shoes are required. Purses and backpacks are prohibited during the ride. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required, or deposit is forfeited. Liability waiver required prior to any activities.
