Our axeperts will help to make your birthday AXE-tra fun! First, you will learn how to safely handle an axe. Then you will learn the proper technique to make sure they're sticking the axe. After that, the real AXE-ment begins as the party axepert will lead your guests through a series of challenges will one person will be stamped the ULTIMATE LUMBERLORD winner with bragging right for all eternity!

Before you ask....YES, it is safe! It sounds a lot harder than it is. The truth is, anyone can throw an axe! The secret to being good at axe throwing is it’s all in your form, not your strength. Anyone can throw an axe.

You are booking a public Axe Throwing session for 1 to 12 players for about 1.5 hours. Groups of less than 8 will likely be paired up with others that have signed up for the experience, so plan on making some new axe throwing friends. If you would like to book a private Axe Throwing session, please select the box to book the entire experience, and you may bring as many as 12 people. For larger groups, please call 614-389-0465, fill out the online inquiry form on our webpage or email columbus@thrownation.com with details, so we can come up with a plan for you.

What to Know

• NO OPEN TOED SHOES.
• There are NO outside beverages permitted inside the establishment, but for your convenience, our bar is open. We have a full bar with amazing craft beers ready for you to drink!
• You are not permitted to be intoxicated when throwing an axe.
• If reserving less than 8 spots, you will likely be grouped with other participants. To have a private group range, you can book the entire experience for $350 for up to 12 people, or contact columbus@thrownation.com for a private reservation.
• Please call or email columbus@thrownation.com if you are looking to book a private party.
• You must be at least 8 years old to participate in axe throwing with a parent/guardian’s waiver signature.
• Looking to plan something outside our regular hours or bookings you see available online? We would love to host your private party...contact us to make arrangements.

FOOD & DRINK

You may bring your own food/catering, although we do have some snacks and chips available. We have a full bar with amazing craft beers ready for you to drink! Therefore, NO outside beverages are permitted inside the establishment.
