About

Children and parents meet at our outdoor tented party area. Once everyone has arrived, it’s time to eat. After we enjoy a delicious Barnyard meal, it's time to sing Happy Birthday and enjoy homemade cupcakes from our Bakery! All food is prepared on premises.)

With a big YEEHAW, we head over to the Barnyard Petting Zoo to ride a pony, tour the barnyard, and feed the animals. Be sure to capture Feel free to take pictures of your young cowboys and cowgirls!

What's Included in the Barnyard Party?

• Free parking
• 15-minute setup before party begins
• 1 hour and 30-minute party
• Outdoor party facility underneath 1 Tent (maximum capacity is 40 people, both children and adults)
• Portable bathroom facility
• Four 8 ft. picnic tables
• 1 food package per child (chosen at checkout): - Pizza Pocket - Hotdog with ketchup and mustard - Mini Bagels with cream cheese, butter, and jelly
• Napkins, plates, and candles
• Barnyard Petting Zoo Admission
• 10-15 minute Barnyard tour
• Pony Ride (children must be at least 2 years to ride the pony. Maximum weight limit is 80lbs.)
• Abma's Farm souvenir bucket with animal feed (great take home for the kids! Color may vary from the picture.)
• Pepper the Farm Dog plush for the Birthday Child only.
• 3 party facilitators (15% gratuity for your party staff will be automatically added to your final bill.)
• Your party will be hosted in a relaxed farm atmosphere. We do not provide decorations. Some decorations are permitted, although not required of you to bring. We encourage you to keep it simple; easy setup means more time to spend with your party guests! Decorations you may bring: balloons, table cloths, table scape and/or centerpieces, goodie bags. Decorations you may NOT bring: confetti, piñatas, decor that requires extensive set up. IF YOU BRING EXTENSIVE DECORATIONS, i.e., balloon arches, you are responsible for disposal - otherwise a clean up fee will incur.

How Much Does the Party Package Cost?

• $40 per participating child
• $5 per adult
• We require a $400 non-refundable deposit plus processing fees at booking (that goes toward the final cost of your party).There is a minimum of 10 participating children to attend and a maximum of 20 participating children. If you have less than 10 participating children, you will be charged for 10 children.

Extra Food: Any additional add-ons, like water, pizza pockets, cupcakes, or other food and drink for adults, will increase the cost of your party. Additional food orders can be placed with your final party details about one week prior to your party.

Outside Food: Outside food and beverage is permitted. There is a $50 service fee for any outside food brought in.

15% gratuity for your party staff will be automatically added to your final bill.

Inclement Weather Policy

Typically, we look at the weather the morning of your party rather than the advanced forecast as it can be unreliable.

In the case of a light drizzle, pony ride can still be facilitated, and your child's party will still be enjoyable by all provided that appropriate clothing is worn. In the case of bad inclement weather, we will do our best to reschedule your party.
