NOTE: Deluxe party food orders must be placed 48 Hours in advance. Due to using an outside vendor, delivery time can only be estimated and will not be considered late until the last 1 hour of your party.

  • Up to 15 Kids ($12 Per Additional Child over 15 Kids) NOTE: All kids under 18 in attendance will be counted, regardless of participation, as we cannot verify each child's involvement. However, we do not charge for adults, one birthday child and/or non-walking infants.
  • 1 Celebration Area Your Entire Party (Includes five 6 ft Picnic Tables, one 8 ft Food Table) (Seats approx. 50 guests)
  • Private Play in our Inflatable Arena Your Entire Party NOTE: To maintain capacity limits, guests CANNOT resume play after the party end time.
  • 1 Birthday Child plays for FREE and is NOT included in your Final Kid Count
  • All paper plates, cups, napkins and utensils
  • We take care of all Clean-Up!

EARLY SET-UP NOT AVAILABLE because our party slots are tightly scheduled to maximize our daily event offerings. NOTE: You can choose to use a portion of your party time for set-up by providing your guests with a later start- time.


DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A $100 Deposit is required and applied to your Invoice. Your Deposit is Non-Refundable, but Transferable with no expiration to a future event booking, as follows: 100% with 24+ hours' notice, 50% with less than 24 hours' notice, and 0% if a No Show. Deposits cannot be applied towards Open Play. Rescheduled events follow current pricing and policies.


PAYMENT POLICY

  • Final Payment is due upon Arrival in the form of Cash or Credit Card only. NOTE: An In-Person Signature with a valid Government-Issued I.D. are required for each credit card payment.
  • Invoice Adjustments must be settled 30 minutes prior to your party end time.
  • Sales and/or Amusement Taxes will be applied according to city and state regulations.

BOOKING FEE

A one-time 6% online booking fee is charged by and paid to a third-party service provider. This fee will not be reflected on your Invoice. NOTE: To reduce your booking fee, we recommend adding additional children and party extras closer to your event, directly through a FunFlatables' Team Member.


PARTY ARRIVAL & SET-UP POLICY

  • Party Arrival should not be earlier than 10 minutes before your party start time to avoid unnecessary waiting. NOTE: Late arrivals may result in lost party time with no refund and/or discount.
  • Early Set-up is unavailable as party slots are tightly scheduled to maximize our daily event offerings. NOTE: You can choose to use a portion of your party time for setup by providing your guests with a later start time.
  • All Party Guests must check-in at the front desk to sign Liability Waivers.

PARTY END-TIME POLICY

Events must end promptly at their scheduled end time to prepare for the next party, maintain capacity limits, and/or accommodate staff schedules. Courtesy reminders will be given 30 minutes and 5 minutes before your end time. NOTE: A $30 fee will be applied for every 15 minutes past your scheduled end time.

REQUIREMENTS AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

  • Signed Liability Waivers Required for all minors under 18 (Including Infants), regardless of participation, to enter FunFlatables.
  • Parent/Guardian Supervision Required for all minors under 18.
  • Socks Required to play at FunFlatables for sanitary purposes.
  • Safety Rules must be followed by all participants to maintain a safe play environment. NOTE: Parents and Guardians are responsible for reviewing these rules and ensuring their children follow them at all times.
  • Use of alcohol, profanity, and inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited to maintain a safe and fun environment. Any violator will be asked to leave with no refund or discount.
