Birthday groups will be playing with all other walk-on players.

PRIVATE AND OPEN PLAY GROUP RATE POLICY Reservations: Open Play Group: 2 days in Advance Private Games: 10 days in Advance Private Group Facility: 10 days in advance Minimums: Open Play Group: 10 player minimum Private Games: 10 player minimum Private Group Facility: 80 player minimum

If the minimum number of players do not show, the group will be charged the full rate for each no show. If a player no shows, no one else will receive their paintballs.

Rescheduling can only be done once and must be done 48 hours before the scheduled play date. All players must sign a waiver in order to play. Players under the age of 18 must have an adult signature.

Group pricing cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts. All paint must be purchased from Wildfire Paintball Games.

No verbal agreement will be honored. If a booking agent promised something it must be in writing and approved by the company supervisor to be valid. Group organizer is responsible for balance before play begins. Individual payments are not accepted. We reserve the right to modify our policies at any time and to correct any typographical errors. Prices listed do not include tax.
