Tendo em conta que o turismo ornitológico é uma área em crescimento e uma vez que Sagres é um local excecional para a observação de diversas aves em migração, esta é um atividade interessante que não deve deixar de fazer caso nos visite.

Algumas das espécies que poderá observar são: O Alcatraz (Morus bassanus), a Cagarra (Calonectris diomedea), a Pardela-balear (Puffinus mauretanicus), a Pardela-de-barrete (Puffinus gravis), a Pardela-preta (Puffinus griseus), a Alma-de-mestre (Hydrobates pelagicus), o Casquilho (Oceanites oceanicus), o Moleiro (Stercorarius skua), a Gaivina Comum (Sterna hirundo) ou o Garajau (Sterna sandvicensis). Mas poderá ser sempre surpreendido por uma ave mais rara de ser observada.
