Experience a cozy 1450 square-foot bungalow perfect for gatherings, featuring two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Weddings, Birthdays, and Special Events call for package price deal. 6 person hot tub and six person steam sauna available upon request for an additional price per night. Hot tub $80 per night plus tax Outdoor Wood Sauna $35 per night plus tax

Cancellation And Policies

All rates are single/double occupancy per night if additional a guest arrive there is additional fee of $50 per night. And For visiting Guest for the evening there is a $20 per person fee until 10 PM after that it'll be $50 and be considered an overnight stay..

A photo ID matching the name of the cardholder used to complete the booking will be required at check-in.

If you hold a party or an event without prior written permission there is an automatic $1500 party fee that you agree to be charged to your credit card on file..

Cancellation Policy

There is a $55.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations, If cancelled prior to 32 days from your first reserved night. After that, a cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card in the amount of the first night’s stay for each room reserved. No refunds available within 7 days from your first reserved night stay.

For whole house bookings there is  an additional 24% cancellation fee Plus $55 for all cancellations no matter when it was canceled.

For wedding or parties there is a 24% cancellation fee Plus $55 for all cancellations no matter when it was canceled.

For big groups there’s a $1000 refundable damage deposit due 15 days before you arrive. Damage deposit are refunded within 10 days. And you agree that if there are damages that they it automatically will be taken out of the damage deposit.. And the remaining balance will be transferred back to your credit card within 10 days.

All credit cards will be automatically charged in full for the remaining amount due 30 days before your arrival.

Refunds can take up to 90 days to process be refunded

Special notice for all reservations cancellations that are due to war or emergency natural disasters terrorism government declared travel dangers fires, Wind or anything out of our control that may cause you to have to cancel your reservation.. All payments that are already made are refunded only in the form of a credit for a future stay. Starting on January 1, 2021.

Non-Smoking unless 300 feet from house or in your car. $50 cleaning fee will be charged if your room smells like smoke.

Alcohol Ok for recreational purposes only But no out of control drinking or you will be asked to leave immediately.

Quiet time is 9 o’clock p.m.

We are a non-smoking, B&B and that includes any type of smoking vaping marijuana or any other type of smoke inhaling vaping .. No smoking in the house or on the porches at any time.. You agree to pay a $50 smoke fee if you are caught smoking in or around the house..

Thank you for being courteous and complying with our preferences.

No pets allowed in the house at any time. We will accept pets that can remain outdoors overnight, but we do not have a kennel on site. Boarding is available in a kennel within that’s 5 minutes of our property. More details upon request.

If a pet is found on the property without prior written permission there is a $50 per night fee..

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST… Self-serve breakfast Fixings are available for each guest in the spacious large kitchen on the main floor. Among other things, this kitchen supports a microwave oven, a toaster oven, coffee makers, refrigerator/freezer, gas range, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and much more. The kitchen is daily stocked with coffee, creamer, sugar, flavored teas, fresh fruit, hot and cold cereals, milk, bagels and cream cheese, bread, butter, and jelly though combinations may vary slightly. The kitchen and its home-like resources are available for the convenience of all guests.

No breakfast for whole house bookings unless agreed upon in writing..
