How to Book and What to Expect!

• For large groups, we will be setting the bikes up before you arrive. It is very important for us to have accurate numbers.

• The number of bikes you are selecting in this reservation is an estimate, with a 20% grace amount for same day no show participants. You will be charged for the actual number of bikes needed on the day, to a minimum of 80% of your original estimate.

Example:

50 bike reservation, 42 riders show on that day: you will be charged for 42 bikes. 50 bike reservation, 35 show on that day, you will be charged for 40 bikes (80% of 50).

• You can call us to update your estimate at no charge, as long as you call at least 1 day before your rental.

• We require a $50 deposit (plus $3.00 booking fee) to reserve. Full deposit refund for cancellations 48 hours in advance.

• There will be an additional $50 fee for no shows without at least 1 hour notice, so please call us if anything unexpected happens!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to booking time for a full refund of your deposit. A charge of $50.00 will be applied in addition to the $50.00 deposit if cancellations are made outside this time period.

• For organizers responsible for the full group, the waiver form is on checkout.

• For groups who require individual waivers, please arrive with
  Assumption of Risk form complete.

Group Bike Selection

Our group bikes have 7 speeds, hand brakes, and large seats for extra comfort!

• Step - Thru Cruisers & Step - Thru E - Bikes: For riders 4’11” - 6’0”
• Step - Over Cruisers & Step - Over E - Bikes: For riders 5’2” or taller
• Extra small Cruiser: For riders 4’7”-4’10”
• Tandem: Front rider minimum 5’2” (strict) Rear rider minimum 4’8”

Rates & Minimums

• Large groups receive a 15% discount on our standard rates. For nonprofits and school groups, 25% discount (selected at checkout).

• Minimum rental time is 1.5 hours, Maximum is 3 hours. For rentals longer than 3 hours, please email us at Bookings@ridespokes.com

• The final amount is charged on return based on the actual number of bikes and the actual length of rental. If you require a quote for a specific number of bikes for a set length of time, please email us at Bookings@ridespokes.com
