Your trip
The boat departs at Reen Pier* near Ross Castle and takes you to Lord Brandons Cottage along with your bike (1 hour 30 minutes)

It is 7 miles (12km) in length which takes approximately 1 hour & 30 minutes to cycle

The Gap cycle ends at Kate Kearneys Cottage (Great place for some traditional food and drinks)
From Kate Kearney's Cottage to KIllarney town centre is approximately 12km, but you can enter Killarney National park after 7 km after the Hotel Europe gate.
If you wish, feel free to bring your own picnic lunch
*If you choose to do the tour in reserve you will start your journey at Kate Kearney's Cottage in the Gap of Dunloe (Eircode: V93 AWR8). The boat will depart from Lord Brandon's Cottage at 2 pm and you will return to Reen Pier near Ross Castle at 3:30 pm
