Bike Maintenance Level 1 Course
This 5 hour course is perfect for those wanting learn more about their bikes, how to identify problems, and how to fix them.

Course Content:
- M Check
- Bike components
- Fixing a puncture (Tube & Tubleless repairs)
- Adjusting a headset
- Changing brake pads (disc and rim brakes)
- Fixing a broken chain (with quicklinks)
- Tuning gears and making adjustments to rear mech
- Useful repair hacks
- Muc-off cleaning and maintenance
