Assessment/Repair Lead Times
Assessment and repairs can take up to 1 week to complete. Depending on current workflow and if we need to order parts for your repair, it may be sooner. If you need your bike back by a particular date, please call ahead to check our current turnaround times.
PICK UPS
Pick-ups in North Charleston are currently only available on Thursday and Friday morning between 9-9:30AM. A driver from BildaBike will reach out 15 minutes before pickup.
Drop Off
Repairs will not be dropped off on the weekend
If you wish to pick your bike up once it is ready, please let us know. We'll adjust your payment accordingly.
Full payment will be charged to your booking card prior to drop off.
Once the repair is completed a Bilda Bike employee will reach out to you to schedule a drop off. The easiest time for us to drop off bicycles is between 12pm-2pm when staff members are heading out for lunch. Other times can be accommodated on a case by case basis.
Conditions
We can pickup a maximum of 4 bicycles at this time. We have a trailer that can hold 8 bicycles but will need special notice if you need more than 4 bikes picked up at once.
If the repair-work is declined and customer chooses to pick the bike up or abandon the bike, a $10 credit (from the $25 paid) will be returned to the customers booking card.
