The engine hums low and steady as you peel away from Paro's green valley, Bullet 500cc beneath you and a ribbon of tarmac folding into a mosaic of ridges. Corners come so often they become a rhythm—about ten curves per kilometer—each one opening to a new view: terraced fields, pine-clad slopes, and the occasional cluster of prayer flags tugging at the wind.
