Bexland Indoor Dressage Arena Hire Near Noosa

Indoor Horse Arena Hire at Bexland sits on a working equestrian farm at 56 Duke Rd, Doonan QLD 4562, Australia, a fifteen-minute drive inland from Noosa on the Sunshine Coast. The venue offers exclusive use of a competition-standard indoor dressage arena with premium Ebb & Flow Soiltex footing, a covered arena that keeps sessions consistent in wet or hot weather and a raised viewing deck for coaches and visitors. Book this space for clinics, workshops, private lessons, or focused training sessions where footing quality and distraction control matter. The arena’s Soiltex surface reduces concussion for horses and sheds water efficiently, so you won't find unexpected soft patches that throw off a practice day. Lighting and dimensions meet competition standards, which makes this an ideal place to rehearse tests, film rides for analysis, or run judged clinics. Sessions are weather-proof and flexible, with a two-hour minimum and longer blocks available for multi-day clinics. Arrival and check-in are simple: arrive ten minutes early at the farm entrance for a brief safety overview and orientation. The meeting point and address are provided in confirmation emails; guests should follow staff directions at all times. The facility allows dogs on leads, but children must be supervised and any riding activities must be explicitly included in the booking. Note that animal interactions vary and that experiences may change for welfare or safety reasons. Why this venue matters to the local outdoor recreation mix: Doonan’s equestrian community is part of the Sunshine Coast’s broader outdoor culture, and an indoor arena like this extends the riding season through rain and heat. Trainers from Noosa and the hinterland bring clinics here because the footing and controlled environment accelerate learning without the unpredictability of outdoor rings. For visiting riders, it’s a chance to practice on competition-grade surfaces you might not find at holiday stables. Practical notes: bring your own tack and horses unless otherwise arranged; pack water and shade for non-riding observers on the viewing deck; keep dogs leashed. Children under twelve should be accompanied by adults. The venue is not responsible for personal items; follow staff safety briefings. Whether you're staging a focused clinic, filming a test ride, or simply chasing consistent footing for a training day, renting this indoor arena near Noosa gives you a professional, weather-proof platform to work. Bookings are ideal for coaches, small academies, and visiting competitors seeking a reliable training surface on the Sunshine Coast. Bookings start with a simple online reservation and confirmation includes check-in instructions and the farm entrance location at 56 Duke Rd. Guests with mobility concerns or special requirements are encouraged to contact staff ahead of arrival. Sessions prioritize animal welfare; schedule changes sometimes occur to protect horses.
