The boat eases away from Soufrière with the Pitons rising like dark teeth against the sky; salt spray pushes against the hull and the reef waits below, bright and patient. You’ll slide into turquoise water at a coral garden, drift above bommies spotted with parrotfish, and later pull up beside Sugar Beach where the shoreline frames the famous twin peaks.
