Castillo San Felipe del Morro (also known as El Morro) stands guard over the sparkling waters of the San Juan Bay. Since it became a national park in 1961, over 2 million people each year gather to see this historical mighty fortress.

Please arrive 30 minutes early to get checked in and receive instruction on jet ski operations. We recommend you wear a bathing suit, bring a towel, sunscreen, and sunglasses. Gratuity for your guide is not included in the price of the ticket, but it is greatly appreciated for a job well done.

Attend the mandatory safety briefing provided by our experienced guides. Listen carefully to instructions on operating the jet ski, safety procedures, and route details.

Life Jackets:

Wear a properly fitted and secured life jacket at all times while on the jet ski. Life jackets are provided and are a crucial part of your safety equipment.

Jet Ski Operation:

Only individuals over 18+ years old with Driver license are allowed to operate the jet ski. Over 8 years old 48"+ inches are allowed but with the companion of an adult. Follow all instructions given by the guides regarding speed limits, navigation rules, and areas to avoid.

Distance and Group Riding:

Maintain a safe distance from other jet ski in your group to avoid collisions. Stay within the designated tour boundaries to ensure everyone's safety.

Weather Conditions:

Tours may be canceled or rescheduled in case of adverse weather conditions. Be aware of changing weather patterns and follow the guide's instructions in case of unexpected weather changes during the tour.

Emergency Procedures:

Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures provided during the safety briefing. In case of an emergency, stay calm and follow the guide's instructions.

Alcohol and Drugs:

Consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during the jet ski tour is strictly prohibited. Individuals under the influence will not be allowed to operate a jet ski.

Medical Conditions:

Inform the guides of any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns. Pregnant individuals or those with heart, back, or neck problems are advised not to participate.

Environmental Awareness:

Respect marine life and the natural environment. Avoid disturbing wildlife and follow guidelines for responsible watercraft operation.

Secure Personal Items:

Secure loose items, such as sunglasses, hats, and personal belongings, to prevent them from falling into the water.
