Whether you're looking for 1-1 coaching or a group experience for a special occassion, we offer a fully bespoke package. Significant discounts for additional people are applied automatically when booking.

You will have your own dedicated instructor and time slot to ensure everything is focused on providing the ultimate SUP experience. Our qualified instructors will cover equpment, safety and technique in detail on dry land.

We will select the best paddling location, get you standing and offer individualised coaching to develop your paddling skills. Depending on conditions, the session may include a coastal journey to explore the stunning surroundings of Firestone Bay including Royal William Yard, Drake's Island and Plymouth Hoe.

What to bring

Please arrive ready to get on the water or with a swimming costume on, ready to get into your wetsuit. Wetsuits are provided at no extra cost but changing space is limited. Don't forget to bring a towel, sunscreen and water.

Requirements

Good general physical fitness. Minimum age is 7. This session is great for paddlers with less confidence on the water.
