Accessible for all leaves of paddling from complete beginners to experienced paddlers. These sessions allow you to tailor your SUP learning to meet your goals, paddle ambitions, needs and interests.

This session is as customisable and bespoke as it comes; working one to one with a Level 3 PaddleUK SUP coach.

Our Bespoke Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Coaching is a fully tailored session designed around you.

Whether you're a beginner wanting one-to-one support, an intermediate paddler aiming to improve technique, or you're training towards a specific goal (like a SUP Safer course or distance challenge), we build the session to suit your experience, confidence, and ambitions.

This is your chance to get personalised coaching at your pace, on your terms—focusing on the skills, knowledge, and confidence you want to develop.

From stroke refinement and board control to route planning and rescue techniques, every element of the experience is customised to your needs.

We offer flexibility on location, too. Most sessions take place at our home base, but we can also explore other suitable spots on request—ideal for those looking to prepare for a specific body of water or journey.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all session. It’s coaching your way, designed to help you move forward with your paddling journey, wherever you're starting from.

  • Included: All safety and paddle equipment is provided but if you have your own board that you will be using, let us know in the booking form.
  • Excluded: Please note we do not supply wetsuits

What to expect

  • Meet your coach and get ready to learn some new skills on the water we’ll help you with kit and equipment to get you ready for the water.
  • We’ll run you through some essentials on land before walking your boards a couple metres to the launch point.
  • After your session, we’ll help you build a simple action plan so you know exactly what to focus on next—whether it’s technique, confidence, or preparing for your next paddle adventure.

Whilst we are pleased to be able to coach all ages, please note that any under 18 must be accompanied on the water by a Parent or Guardian, (1 booking covers up to two persons)
