About

Discover the island trails and historic sites of Berlenga Grande Island on a full-day, private tour from Lisbon to the Berlengas Archipelago. After a scenic trip to the island you can explore on your own, with the option to upgrade for a guided cave trip, snorkeling, or scuba diving trip upon arrival; since the day is customized for you, it can be as laid-back or active as you want.

After taking off from Lisbon we head straight for Peniche, and our guide will deliver some knowledge about the towns we pass by. Upon arriving in Peniche, a boat will be waiting to take us to Berlenga Grande Island (40-minute trip). Depending on the option booked, you will get the chance to see all that Berlenga has to offer.

Visitors can walk the trails; take a boat tour of the caves; visit Fort St. John, the Baptist, the Duke of Bragança Lighthouse or the Visitor Centre. The island also features a campsite, beach area, a small supermarket and a restaurant.
