Capital Lake Pontoons is a Madison, Wisconsin–based rental provider focused on pontoon and tritoon boat outings on Lake Monona and curated group experiences. The company operates a fleet that includes a 2012 Harris Pontoon CX 200 equipped with a 50-horsepower engine and a sunbed, and a 2021 Bennington tritoon with a bimini top. Both pontoon rentals list fuel as included and offer flexible booking windows for morning, half-day, or full-day use; the Harris model is specifically offered in three-hour or full-day weekend rentals.
In addition to pontoons, Capital Lake Pontoons lists a private minibus tour experience described for groups of 6 to 13 people. That trip offers personalized stops at iconic landmarks, a guided host who shares local stories, and customizable itineraries with same-day event access.
Capital Lake Pontoons emphasizes transparent trip details: vehicle year and model, engine horsepower, included fuel, and rental duration options appear in its listed experiences. These factual disclosures help renters compare options and plan outings with accurate expectations. Operating from Madison provides easy access to Lake Monona for local and visiting boaters seeking family outings, group gatherings, and sightseeing on the water.
Prospective renters should review each trip’s description for capacity, duration, and included amenities before booking. The business provides multiple rental formats—from short three-hour lake excursions to full-day tritoon outings and private guided minibus tours—allowing guests to choose the experience that best fits their group size and schedule. Bookings and availability are subject to seasonal schedules; advance reservations are recommended for peak summer weekends.
