You meet the Salt Flow team 30 metres from the shore, boards stacked and wetsuits ready; the coaches scan the north and south breaks, choosing the gentlest peel for your first runs. The lesson moves with purpose — warm‑up on the sand, equipment fitting (4/3 mm wetsuits and beginner boards are provided), then paddling drills and controlled attempts to pop to your feet.
