About This Adventure

Experience the thrill of shooting in a safe and welcoming environment! This class, designed for beginners, covers firearm safety, local ownership laws, and shooting sports opportunities. Enjoy hands-on learning in the classroom followed by practical range time, complete with free gun and ammunition rental. Unleash your potential in just 3.5 hours!

Sponsored by the National Shooting Sports Foundation, this class introduces people who have had no or little experience with shooting to:

  • The safe and recreational use of firearms
  • The local requirements for owning and purchasing a firearm
  • Shooting sports opportunities for all levels of interest

Participants start off in a classroom setting where they will get “the feel” of firing a gun and have the opportunity to ask ANY questions. Students will then have the opportunity to shoot on the range. Free gun and range rental and 20 cartridges are provided.
